Sigma Gi Srl issues a receipt for the products purchased, sending them to the person in whose name the order was placed. The information provided by the Customer is valid for issuing the receipt. No changes to the data will be possible after issuing the receipt.

ITALY
Delivery costs are €6 for orders under €100, free for orders over €100. For the Islands the cost is €10, free for orders over €100.

EU
Delivery costs are €10 for: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Slovenia and Luxembourg; €20 Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Spain, Greece.

The customer is given the option to choose whether to pay shipping costs or to make a minimum purchase.

For countries where shipping costs are €10, the customer is given the option to make a purchase for a minimum of €200 to cover shipping costs.

For countries where shipping costs are €20, the customer is given the option to make a purchase for a minimum of €250 to cover shipping costs.

Delivery , carried out by specialized carriers, will take place within 3-5 days on the working days following the date of sending the orders.

Sigma Gi Srl cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

Any stock held by the couriers for delivery problems not dependent on Sigma Gi such as failure to collect the products, incorrect address, absent recipient will be charged to the customer.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

In the event of obvious damage to the packaging and/or the product, the Customer may refuse delivery of the products themselves, which will be returned to Sigma Gi Srl without any expense to the Customer.

Once the delivery document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the products delivered.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be promptly reported to Sigma Gi Srl for the activation of the warranty conditions.

RETURNS (Right of withdrawal)

The cost to return the goods is 6€ for Italy, 10€ for the islands, 10€ for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Slovenia and Luxembourg; 20€ Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Spain, Greece. The cost of the return will be deducted from the total value of the order.

In case of a return request the customer must:

return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them.

Log in to YOUR ACCOUNT , select the ORDER MANAGEMENT tab and start the RETURN REQUEST procedure for the desired order by clicking on the RETURN ORDER button in the order details.

We will send you a prepaid return label indicating the date of the courier's passage. The cost of the return will then be deducted from the refund as written above. After receiving the returned goods, Sigma Gi Srl will check the integrity of the items and the warranty seals and, if everything is in order, will refund the amount due:

via Paypal for payments made using this method.

By Credit Card if payment was made by Credit Card.

The tags and seal on the items must not be removed. If the items are not compliant and do not have labels and seal, the refund will not be made and the items will be sent back to the customer, charging him the costs.
