General conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), section II Distance Contracts (articles 50 - 67) and by the regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003).

The Customer is invited to print or keep the General Conditions in the preferred manner.

In the event of changes to the General Conditions, the General Conditions published on the Site at the time the order is sent by the Customer will apply to the order.

Offer to the public

The products and their prices presented on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the General Conditions and on the Site itself. The conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the Site.

The purchase contracts stipulated on the Site are concluded with Sigma Gi Srl.

Prices

All prices include VAT and delivery charges are highlighted at the time of ordering.

The price shown on the Site at the time of placing the order applies to the products, without any consideration of any price variations that may occur subsequently or previously offered.

Order

The Customer successfully completes the order procedure if the Site does not display any error messages.

The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the order by Sigma Gi Srl. In this case, Sigma Gi Srl will confirm receipt of the order by sending an order confirmation email to the email address provided by the Customer.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made online using the methods specified on the Site.

At the same time as the order confirmation is communicated, the amount corresponding to the purchased products will be charged to the Customer.

Paying by credit card and PayPal is easy and safe.

Sigma Gi Srl uses the secure payment system PayPal that offers data protection and guarantees effective security in online transactions. But also the virtual POS for X-Pay payments, a system equipped with all existing security protocols (3D Secure - Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and CV2).

When the transaction is made by our partner Paypal, where requested, the buyer must indicate the delivery address corresponding to the one specified in the order confirmation.

In the event that there is a typing error in the address or that it is incorrect or incomplete, Sotto Sotto is not to be held responsible for any delays or the impossibility of delivering the product.

All costs relating to the new shipment due to typing errors by the customer in writing the delivery address will be covered entirely by the customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Delivery methods and costs

Sigma Gi Srl issues a receipt for the products purchased, sending them to the person in whose name the order was placed. The information provided by the Customer is valid for issuing the receipt. No changes to the data will be possible after issuing the receipt.

ITALY Delivery costs are €6 for orders under €100, free for orders over €100. For the Islands the cost is €10, free for orders over €100. EU

Delivery costs are €10 for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Slovenia and Luxembourg; €20 Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Spain, Greece.

The customer is given the option to choose whether to pay shipping costs or to make a minimum purchase.

For countries where shipping costs are €10, the customer is given the option to make a purchase for a minimum of €200 to cover shipping costs.
For countries where shipping costs are €20, the customer is given the option to make a purchase for a minimum of €250 to cover shipping costs.

Delivery, by specialized carriers, will take place within 3-5 days on the working days following the date of sending the orders.

Sigma Gi Srl cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

Any stock held by the couriers for delivery problems not dependent on Sigma Gi such as failure to collect the products, incorrect address, absent recipient will be charged to the customer.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

In the event of obvious damage to the packaging and/or the product, the Customer may refuse delivery of the products themselves, which will be returned to Sigma Gi Srl without any expense to the Customer.

Once the delivery document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the products delivered.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be promptly reported to Sigma Gi Srl for the activation of the warranty conditions.

RETURNS (Right of withdrawal)

The cost to return the goods is 6€ for Italy, 10€ for the islands, 10€ for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Slovenia and Luxembourg; 20€ Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Spain, Greece. The cost of the return will be deducted from the total value of the order.

In case of a return request the customer must:

• ensure that the return takes place within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods


• make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them


• access YOUR ACCOUNT , select the ORDER MANAGEMENT tab and start the RETURN REQUEST procedure for the desired order by clicking on the RETURN ORDER button in the order details

We will send you a prepaid return label indicating the date of the courier's passage. The cost of the return will then be deducted from the refund as written above. After receiving the returned goods, Sigma Gi Srl will check the integrity of the items and the warranty seals and, if everything is in order, will refund the amount due

• by Credit Card if the payment was made by Credit Card

The tags and seal on the items must not be removed. If the items are not compliant and do not have labels and seal, the refund will not be made and the items will be sent back to the customer, charging him the costs.

All products sold by Sigma Gi Srl enjoy the legal guarantees and commercial guarantees specified from time to time on the Site.

Processing of personal data

The Customer's data is processed by Sigma Gi Srl in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the "Privacy" section.

Communications

All communications may be addressed to Sigma Gi Srl, at the addresses indicated on the site.

Competent court

Any disputes will be resolved before the competent judicial authority in accordance with applicable legislation.
